Thank you for booking your MINI SESSION with me! Your session is coming up, please find below some information on what to expect along with my studio address.
What to expect
Celebrate Mother's Day by getting an updated family photo. Mini Sessions are 15 minutes long and include 3 digital images - perfect for those that don't need a full session, and just want a handful of images that captures this time in your lives.
Mini Sessions take place either in my studio or in the native bush depending on which session day you have booked.
Please be on time
Mini sessions are only 15 minutes long, and there will likely be another family in before and after you, so if you are late it will eat in to your allocated time. This also works in reverse, if you are early please wait until I come out to greet you as my studio is small and there's no waiting room, plus it's nice to give other families the comfort of having their session without an audience.
What to wear
Wear something that you feel comfortable in. My neutral studio works really well with natural tones, such as whites, creams, olives, rusts, blues, etc.
The native bush works well with lighter colours so you stand out.
I do have a client wardrobe available if you would like to borrow an outfit, however as timing is strict you would need to have an outfit in mind before coming as there wouldn't be time to try them all on. To see the client wardrobe click HERE
Studio Directions
9 Awaruku Road, Torbay
My cosy home studio is designed for newborn, maternity and milestone sessions, and is located at the front of my house with seperate access, so it's nice and private.
When you arrive at the studio, you can park on the drive way or on the road, and head to the top of the driveway you will see the entrance in to my studio on your left.
Bush Directions
If you have chosen to have your session in the native bush, the main entrance to this is 2 houses down. To make it easier to meet, head to the studio first, and I will collect you on the driveway and we can walk in together. Please note the session prior will likely be in the bush, so I will be walking out of there to collect you and the studio will be empty.
CAN I BRING OUR DOG?
You can definitely bring your dog to the bush session. The studio session is on a enquire basis only.
I'VE BOOKED THE BUSH SESSION ON THE 5TH, WHAT IF IT RAINS?
The best thing about the bush is that it's like natures umbrella, so if it's lightly raining we will still head out as the trees stop most rain. If it's heavy rain, the session will switch to the studio or talk to me about postponing to a back up date.
WHEN WILL THE PICTURES BE READY?
The final images are carefully edited and then uploaded to your own private gallery within a week. From there you can select which digitals you would like based, there will be options to upgrade if you want.
