Family
Family sessions at Little Wild Ones are informal, fun, and full of real connection. I photograph in a relaxed, documentary style - no stiff poses, just genuine moments that capture the love, laughter, and little in-between glances that make your family uniquely yours.
Family photography is all about freezing a moment in time — whether it’s your toddler just learning to walk, your school-aged child’s cheeky grin, or your teen on the brink of graduating. These are the photos you’ll look back on for years to come.

"We couldn’t be happier with our family photos! Jo is an incredibly talented photographer. She’s also super experienced with babies and children. The whole experience was fantastic! Would highly recommend to anyone. "

FAQ
Can we include extended family in our session?
Absolutely! Extended family are more than welcome - grandparents, sisters, children, uncles. Just let me know how many people you'd like to include so I can plan the session accordingly.

What should we wear for our session?
Neutral, earthy tones work best - think whites, creams, greys, browns, soft oranges, blues, and greens. Try to avoid bold patterns or logos, as they can distract from the connection and emotion in the photos. You’re also welcome to borrow something from my client wardrobe, which includes options for women and little ones under 1 year.

Where do the family sessions take place?
All family sessions take place at Long Bay Reserve at sunset, when the light is soft and golden. The reserve has a beautiful mix of open spaces, trees, and beach - perfect for relaxed, natural images. Got a different location in mind? Just let me know and we can chat!
