Cake Smash Sessions
Your little one is about to have their first birthday! What an exciting milestone to celebrate with a cake smash! Sessions take place either outdoors with my Teepee styling, or a neutral set up in the studio.
Sessions include access to the client wardrobe for your little one, the cake, styling, a 45 minute session and the full edited digitals delivered via an on-line gallery.
Where do the cake smashes take place?
I shoot around the Long Bay area as I have all my favourite locations here and know what the light will be doing at different times of the day.
Do you provide the cake?
I provide a basic naked cake as this works best with my styling. If your child has any allergies please let me know when booking as you can provide your own cake and I will take off the cost of the cake from the package.
Do you provide the outfit?
As part of the package you have access to my client wardrobe for your little one. I have a range of outfits to choose from.
Can we have a family photos as part of the session?
We can take one or two family shots before starting if you wish, however the cake smash session is designed for just photos of your little one. I've found in the past if I've done family photos beforehand, by the time we've brought out the cake, your little one is over having photos taken and isn't in the frame of mind to sit and explore their cake.
Can we request a colour scheme?
My styling is in keeping with my earthy, bohemian tones, so all cake smashes are designed using my range of props. If you have something specific in mind please let me know at the time of booking so I can see if it something I can create.
