Mama Studio Sessions
I recommend Maternity Sessions take place between 30-35 weeks, and studio sessions take place at my home studio on the North Shore. All my sessions include access to the client wardrobe, where you can choose from a variety of maternity gowns if you wish.
My style of photography is natural and relaxed, so there's no need to feel anxious about the idea of having your photo taken, I will talk you through everything. This is a really exciting time in your life, and I'm here to capture these memories for you to treasure for a lifetime.

*New to 2024 add on a native bush shoot to your studio session. I'm very blessed that my home studio backs on to a gorgeous reserve, so let me know at your studio session if you wish to head in to the bush for some shots, and we will split the time between the two locations.
When is the best time to photograph a maternity session?
Between 30-35 weeks is a great time, your bump is nice and round at this stage, and it's not too close to your due date in case of any early arrivals!
What should I wear?
I have a curated a range of bump friendly dresses in a range of different sizes which you can choose from before your session. However you don't have to wear something from my wardrobe if you prefer to wear your own.
Does it cost more to add on a forest shoot?
No, it's the exact same length of session and price - however you don't get as long in the studio, as your time is halved between the two. This means you get a mini session in the studio and a mini session in the forest, so you only get a maximum of 1 dress change.
Can I bring my partner and other children?
Of course! As well as the solo photos of you I will also get some partner photos and some family ones too.
We have a dog, can we bring them to our session?
I LOVE dogs, and they are an important member of the family. They can definitely be part of the native forest shoot, but the studio element does depends on a few factors so please enquire and be aware an extra studio cleaning fee is charged.
Can I choose only studio or only native forest?
Yes you can - just let me know when booking.
